Delivery within Australia

COVID-19 UPDATE

From October 24th, 2020 LDC will be upgrading all postage to EXPRESS post for no extra charge. Australia Post are being slower than normal due to COVID-19 and we (like you) want our shipping to be as fast as possible! Express Post is not guaranteed to be next day delivery at the moment however is prioritized over standard post.

Due to the Australia Post delays please don't wait too long to put in orders for Christmas gifts - on our site and any other Australian websites.

Delivery time & cost

All LDC products are shipping from our head office in Melbourne, Australia and delivered by our friends at Australia Post. The cost and average delivery times are shown in the table below.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes anywhere in Australia.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, your Postman may leave the parcel in a suitable location, otherwise they will leave a note letting you know that you should collect your package from your nearest Post Office. We have a spot within our checkout for you to leave a note for the postie too!

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes. If you need your product soon we offer Express Post - see the table above for costs. Your parcel will be delivered within 2 business days of when you make your order – Guaranteed! (Note COVID-19 is slowing down this service in late 2020).

*If your Express Order does not arrive at the shipping address by the expected date shown in the checkout at purchase, we will refund the shipping charge (Australian Orders only).

Order Tracking

For deliveries within Australia, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking number for your package.

Delivery outside of Australia

We deliver worldwide. Shipping will be calculated at the check out once based on the address.

Delivery Time & Costs

Australia Post estimates that the international delivery times are at least 6 business days plus any time in customs if applicable. International deliveries may also be subject to delay due to causes outside of LDC's and Australia Post's control.

Life time Guarantee

We are committed to quality and your happiness. If you have any quality issues at all at any time when you receive or are using your Little Designer Club products simply contact us at info@littledesignerclub.com and we will replace it for free.

Return for a refund - within 30 days

At LDC we promise our products will be as impressive as they appear on our website. Customer satisfaction is important to us, so if you aren’t 100% satisfied with the quality of any item within 30 days of receiving it, we’ll be happy for you to return the item reply paid for either a replacement item, a refund or repair of the item. We may ask for faulty/incorrect items to be returned to us for a quality inspection, to ensure those rare problems don’t occur again.

Customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement of products:

• where design errors occur from a selecting the wrong product component on the internet;

• or if you have changed your mind

Our personalised products are made-to-order according to your specifications, so we can’t accept returns and exchanges where the customer has simply changed their mind.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer law:

“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure’".

Returns for a refund - within 30 days - what to do

If you wish to return an item please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact customer service on info@littledesignerclub.com for instructions on how to proceed
  2. Keep goods in original and unused condition.
